Terms of Service

By signing in to Meta Ads Connector you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: aloklmp99@gmail.com.

1. What the service is

Meta Ads Connector connects your Meta advertising accounts to an AI assistant you choose, so the assistant can read your campaigns and, within the rules below, change them. It is a private tool: only approved email addresses can sign in.

2. Your accounts and permissions

• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every ad account you connect.
• You are responsible for the access token you provide and for keeping it valid. Remove it from Meta Business Settings if you want to stop access.
• You must follow the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Advertising Standards and the rules of the AI assistant you use.

3. Spending

• New campaigns, ad sets and ads are created paused. Changes you ask the AI assistant to make, including turning ads on and changing budgets, are applied at once and can spend money.
• You are responsible for every change made through the service and for all advertising spend on your ad accounts. Check what the assistant does.
• An AI assistant can misunderstand an instruction or make mistakes. Review its work.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to run ads Meta forbids, to attack or overload the service or Meta, to try to bypass the safety limits, or to access accounts that are not yours.

5. Availability and changes

The service depends on Meta's and your AI assistant's systems, which can change or fail. Meta may limit, pause or disable access. We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or stop it.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Meta Ads Connector is not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue, account restrictions or any indirect loss arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is zero unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We can suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
