Data deletion

You can delete everything Meta Ads Connector holds about you, at any time and without giving a reason.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to the admin panel and open Meta connection.
  2. Press Remove and confirm. In Connect to AI, remove every AI app.

This removes, immediately: your account, the saved Meta access token, the ad account list, pending approval requests, the change log, usage records and the AI app connections.

Ask us to do it

Email aloklmp99@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and say you want your data deleted. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days, normally within a few days.

Also remove access at Meta

To stop all access from Meta's side as well, open Meta Business Settings, go to Users → System users and remove the System User or its token, and remove the app under Integrations → Connected apps.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, and short-lived server logs, which are deleted automatically within a few weeks.
