Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 October 2026. Operated by Meta Ads Connector.

Meta Ads Connector lets the account owner manage their own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising from an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: aloklmp99@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your name and email address (the owner's admin login). The password is kept only in the server's private configuration file.
  • Meta access token. A Meta System User access token that the administrator saves so the service can act on your ad accounts. It is stored encrypted and is never shown again, never sent to the AI assistant and never written to logs.
  • Ad account details. The id, name, currency and status of the ad accounts you allowed.
  • Advertising data in transit. Campaigns, ad sets, ads and performance numbers are fetched from Meta when you or your AI assistant ask for them, and handed to that assistant. They are not kept in a database here.
  • Change records. A log of each change requested through the service: what, when, by which AI app, and the values before and after.
  • Usage logs. Which tool was called, when, how long it took, which AI app called it and whether it failed. They do not contain ad content.
  • Technical data. IP address and browser details in server logs, and the essential cookies described below.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, to carry out the requests you make through your AI assistant, to keep a record of changes, to protect the service from abuse and to keep your Meta account within Meta's limits. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train AI models.

Meta Platform data

Data received from Meta is used only to provide the features you ask for, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not share it with anyone except the AI assistant you connected and only when you ask. We do not use it to build profiles of people, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.

Who else receives data

  • The AI assistant you choose receives the results of requests you make, under that company's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Meta, when the service makes requests to its APIs for you.
  • Our hosting and email providers, who process data only on our instructions.
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data, the Meta token, ad account details and change records are kept while your account exists. Usage logs are deleted after 90 days. When you delete your account, everything linked to it is removed (see Data deletion). Short-lived server logs may remain for a few weeks.

Security

Tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest with keys kept outside the database. Connections use HTTPS. Access to the admin panel needs a password and can use 2-step verification. AI assistants get a separate, revocable access token that you can remove at any time. If a security incident ever affects your data we will tell you and Meta as required.

Cookies

Only one essential cookie is set: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising and there is no cookie banner because nothing optional is set.

Your choices

  • See and export your data from your profile page.
  • Remove an AI app's access in the Connect to AI page.
  • Delete your account yourself, or ask us to: Data deletion.
  • You can also remove the System User or the app in Meta Business Settings at any time, which stops all access at Meta's side.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.
